摘要
基于常见的空间锂离子电池组模型,应用有限元分析软件Abaqus,研究了无预应力和有预应力两种情况下对电池组模态的影响。通过仿真分析结果可知,有预应力和无预应力状态下,低阶模态电池组固有频率相对误差在10%以上,表明在建模过程中不能忽略螺栓连接的作用,为以后空间锂离子电池组设计阶段的动力学仿真更精确建模提供了参考和指导。
The modal of a space used Li-ion battery pack structure was analyzed via Abaqus, an FEA(finite element analysis) software program. We studied the influences of prestressing force on the modal analysis. Compared with the analysis results with and without prestressing forces, it is concluded that the relative error of fundamental frequencies is over 10%. It indicates that we cannot neglect the bolt load in modal analysis and provides a reference for the precise modeling design for dynamic simulation in the space used Li-ion battery pack design stage.
