摘要 针对LiFePO_4退役电池,设计了基于电池容量、平衡电动势与放电直流等效内阻的特性测试,提出了用于退役电池梯次利用的统一分选指标,并给出了分选指标与不同用户需求指标之间的对应关系。同时,提出了一种通过建立数据库、电池初选、电池测试以及梯次利用分选四个步骤组成的分选方法,并通过具体案例进行验证。 Aiming at retired LiFePO4 batteries,the characteristics test based on capacity, equilibriumelectromotive force and discharge DC equivalent internal resistance was designed. The uniform classification indexes were proposed and the relations between these indexes and user requirements were given. A four-step method to classify the retired LiFePO4 power batteries for multiple application requirements was proposed and justified by a specific case.
