摘要
利用氢泵方法对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)在0℃以下进行低温启动实验,实现燃料电池短堆在-30℃低温启动。通过获得的极化曲线或时间温度曲线分析环境温度对于氢泵启动的影响和氢泵强度对于电池启动速度的影响,比较电池在20次启动前后性能的变化。数据表明:不同启动电流密度与低温启动的速度成正比;适宜空气量计量比利于快速启动;氢泵方法低温启动后电池的性能有所提升。
Using the method of hydrogen pump, proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) start-up at 0 ℃ was studied. Through the I-V curve and time & temperature curve, the influence of environmental temperature on hydrogen pump start-up was investigated, the influence of different hydrogen pump intensity on fuel cell start-up speed, and the fuel cell performance before and after 20 times of hydrogen pump assisted start-up were investigated. The success of -30 ℃ fuel cell start-up was achieved. Higher hydrogen pump intensity, the faster the speed of the fuel cell starts. Optimum air flow rate is helpful for subzero start-up. Fuel cell with hydrogen pump method assisted cold start shows no performance decrease.
