摘要
由于铝空气电池的单体电压较低,铝空气电池组通常采用单体电池串联结构,以达到所需的电压和功率。为了保证电池组的正常工作,在串联电池组的监控系统中,电池单体电压的采集是整个系统正常工作的基础。针对36节串联单体的铝空气电池组,设计了基于LPC1752的电压采集模块。在传统多路电压采集电路的基础上,提出了多路隔离电源供电、隔离采集、以及隔离传输相结合的方法,有效解决了采集电路中共模输入电压过高的问题,为电池组串联工作时的单体电压采集提供了一种新的经济性较好的解决方案。
Due to the low voltage of the aluminum air battery, the aluminum air battery group usually adopts single cells in series to achieve the required voltage and power. In order to ensure the normal operation of the battery pack, in the series battery monitoring system, the battery monomer voltage acquisition is the basis for the normal operation of the whole system. A voltage acquisition module based on LPC1752 was designed for 36 series connected aluminum air batteries. On the basis of traditional multi-channel voltage acquisition circuit, a method of combining multiple isolated power supply, isolated acquisition and isolated transmission was proposed, and it solved the problem that the input voltage of the analog circuit was too high, which provided a new economic solution for the voltage collection of the battery in series operation.
