摘要
运用计算流体动力学方法对迷宫活塞压缩机迷宫结构的泄漏过程进行了动态仿真模拟,采用耦合的方法解决跨尺度网格接触面的问题,用动网格技术实现了压缩机活塞的运动。将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行对比分析,结果表明:随着压比的增加、转速的减小、余隙容积的增加,相对泄漏量增加;随着压比的增加、转速的增加、余隙容积的增加、绝对泄漏量增加。
The dynamic simulation for the leakage process of labyrinth piston compressor with labyrinth structure was carried out by the method of computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The coupling method was used to solve the problem of the cross-scale grid interface and the dynamic mesh technology was used to realize the movement of compressor piston. The results of numerical simulation were compared with the test results. And the results show that the relative leakage increased with the increase of pressure ratio, the decrease of rotating speed and the increase of clearance volume. The absolute leakage increased with the increase of pressure ratio, the increase of rotating speed and the increase of clearance volume.
