摘要
针对苯乙烯装置氢气压缩机气阀排气温度过高,阀片结焦严重,气阀使用寿命过短的问题,通过充分的了解现场使用工况、工艺特点,找出造成气阀频繁失效的根本原因,并针对现场实际情况重新对气阀进行选型计算,改进原气阀结构形式,解决了气阀寿命过短的问题,实现往复压缩机的长周期运行,减少了机组切换的潜在隐患和维修费用。
Aiming at the problems that the exhaust temperature of the hydrogen compressor valve of the styrene plant is excessive high, the valve is coked seriously, and the service life of the valve is too short, the fundamental reason for the frequent failure of the valve is found out by fully understanding the working conditions and process characteristics of the site. The selection for the valve was re-calculated aiming at the site situation and the structural type of valve was improved. The problem of short service life was solved, and the long-cycle operation of reciprocating compressor was realized and the potential hazard and maintenance cost of the unit was reduced.
