摘要
为了揭示水泥冷再生混合料(CCRM)抗压强度特性,采用垂直振动成型CCRM圆柱体试件,研究了龄期、新集料掺量、基面层回收料比例、水泥剂量等因素对CCRM抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:CCRM抗压强度随龄期增长而增大,28d抗压强度约为极限强度的80%,90d抗压强度约为极限强度的90%,建议加强CCRM早期养生;与不掺新集料的CCRM相比,掺20%、40%新集料的CCRM90d抗压强度可提高约4.5%、13.1%,故建议新集料掺量为40%。
In order to reveal the compressive strength characteristics of cold recycled cement mixtures (CCRM), the vertical vibration compacted CCRM cylinder specimens was used to study the influence of age, new aggregate content, recycled ratio of base layer and cement dosage on the compressive strength of CCRM.The results show that the compressive strength of CCRM increases with age.The 28 -day compressive strength is about 80% of the ultimate strength, and the 90-day compressive strength is about 90% of the ultimate strength. It is suggested that the early curing of CCRM should be strengthened. Compared with the CCRM without new aggregate, the 90-day compressive strength of CCRM with 20% and 40% new aggregate can be increased by 4.5% and 13.1% respectively, and the recommended content is 40%.
