多年冻土区XPS保温板路基的顶面弯沉控制方法 被引量:3

摘要 为解决多年冻土区路基中铺设XPS保温板引起的弯沉超标问题,采用数值方法研究XPS保温板自身材质、下承层模量和埋设深度等因素对XPS保温板路基弯沉的影响规律。基于计算结果,提出满足弯沉控制的XPS保温板铺设的必要条件,并通过试验路段进行验证。结果表明:XPS保温板路基顶面弯沉随XPS保温板模量、下承层模量、XPS保温板埋深的增大而减小,且呈线性关系,XPS保温板自身材质和下承层模量对XPS保温板路基顶面弯沉影响较为显著。 In order to solve the problem of over-standard deflection caused by laying XPS thermal insulation board in Subgrade in permafrost region, a numerical method was used to study the influence of material, modulus of lower bearing layer and embedding depth of XPS thermal insulation board on the deflection of subgrade.Based on the calculation results, the necessary conditions for laying XPS thermal insulation board to meet the deflection control were proposed and verified by the test section.The results show that the top deflection of XPS thermal insulation board decreases with the increase of the modulus of XPS thermal insulation board, the modulus of lower bearing layer and the buried depth of XPS thermal insulation board, and the relationship is linear.The material of XPS thermal insulation board and the modulus of lower bearing layer have a significant influence on the top deflection of XPS thermal insulation board.
