摘要
为了考察中国技术创新投入对高技术产业(Total Factor Productivity,TFP)增长的影响,运用中国1999—2014年省际面板数据,在采用DEA的Malmquist指数法测算高技术产业TFP及其分解项的基础上,从R&D投入与非R&D投入两方面衡量技术创新投入,利用改进的C-D模型实证考察了不同种类技术创新投入对TFP及其分解项的影响。结果表明:R&D经费投入和技术改造投入主要分别通过提高技术效率和实现技术前沿外推促进我国高技术产业全要素生产率增长;技术消化吸收投入对全要素生产率提升起支撑作用,来源于其对技术效率提升的推动;国内外技术引进投入对全要素生产率增长起抑制作用。
In order to examine the impact of China’s technological innovation input on the growth of TFP(Total Factor Productivity)in high-tech industries,based on the Chinese provincial-level panel data from 1999 to 2014,the methods of DEA and Malmquist index are used to measure the TFP and its decomposition of high-tech industry.Also the influence of different technological innovation input on TFP and its decomposition are empirically tested through using an improved C-D model,with measuring technological innovation input from R&D input and non-R&D input.The results show that R&D input and technical renovation input improve TFP of high-tech industry by promoting technical efficiency and extending technological frontier respectively.Assimilation of technological input plays a role in supporting TFP improvement by promoting technical efficiency.And there is a negative correlation between acquisition of domestic&foreign technological input and TFP improvement.
