依田学海与晚清中国外交官的交流

The Communication between Japan’s Kanbungaku Scholar Yodagakkai and Envoys to Japan in the Late Qing Dynasty

依田学海(1833-1909)为日本明治时期著名汉学家之一,以小说闻名于世。其日记《学海日录》及《墨水别墅杂录》以出现人物之多为学者所关注,这其中也不乏当时的在日外交官。然观前人之说鲜有细论者,本论将对笔谈以及日记资料进行梳理并还原学海与晚清驻日公使间的交往情况,以期补前人论说之疏。

Yodagakkai(1833-1909),one of the leading exponents in studies of kanbungaku in Meiji Japan,was world renowned for his novels.His diaries gakkainitiroku and bokusuibessyozatsuroku,by their excessive number of personages,attained much attention from scholars,and among those were the diplomats to Japan from the Qing government.However,there has been little exploration of the communication between Yodagakkai and those envoys.The present study attempts to supplement the research by examining Yodagakkai's written discussions and diaries to retrace the two sides'contact and communication.
