摘要
采用导管法灌注水下混凝土时,常常因吊车起拔导管精度控制不足而引起露筋事故,进而影响工程的安全性和经济性。为提高水下混凝土灌注过程中的施工质量,减少灌注过程中缩颈事故的产生,提出水下混凝土灌注过程中的槽壁稳定理论。依托京唐港区某多用途泊位工程,研发出一种新型水下混凝土灌注设备,并总结该设备的设计理念、结构构造及操作流程。实际工程表明,应用该设备灌注水下混凝土,开挖后地连墙墙面效果较好,相关技术可为类似工程提供借鉴。
When the underwater concrete is poured by tremie method,the exposed reinforcement accident is often caused due to the inadequate accuracy control of the lifting tremie of the crane,which affects the safety and economy of the project.The theory of trench stability during underwater concrete perfusion is proposed to improve the construction quality of underwater concrete perfusion and reduce necking accidents.Based on a multi-purpose berth project in Jingtang port area,a new type of underwater concrete pouring equipment is developed,and design concept,structure and operation process of the equipment are summarized.The actual project shows that the effect of diaphragm wall surface after excavation is better by using this equipment to pour underwater concrete.The relevant technology can provide reference for similar projects.
