构建全方位的网络安全体系是新时期网络信息化管理建设重要工作,在新形势下,高校如何做好网络运营安全,保障用户信息安全,引导网络舆情,构建全方位的教育网络安全空间已成为当前的重要研究课题。从认清形势树立高度的责任感、齐抓管理与技术安全防护、引进多层次的人才队伍、增强数据共享与保护、强化教育服务增值着手,探索高校教育网络“五位一体”的安全体系势在必行。

The construction of a"full"network security system is an important task in the construction of network information management in the new era.How to do a good job in network operation security,protect user information security,guide network public opinion,and build an all-round education network security system has become an important research topic.It is imperative to explore the"five in one"security system of university education network from the aspects of recognizing the situation,building an all-round security protection system,building a multi-level talent team,enhancing data sharing and protection,and strengthening the value-added education services.
