摘要 培养一批适合社会需求和具备创新能力的汽车专业知识人才对创新型国家建设的国家中长期发展战略具有重要意义。以内蒙古科技大学车辆工程专业人才培养模式改革为例,结合工程类人才培养的要求及目标,注重实践与理论并重的培养目标,通过理实一体化教学方法实现创新型人才的培养,并探讨了相应教学思路和考核方式的优化改革。 It is of great significance to train a group of automotive professional knowledge talents that are suitable for social needs and innovative capabilities for the national medium-and long-term development strategy of innovative countries.Combining the requirements and objectives of engineering talent training,focusing on the training objectives of both practice and theory,it was realize the cultivation of talents with innovation through the practice-theory integration teaching pattern,and discussed the optimization reform of corresponding teaching ideas and assessment methods,taking the reform of the vehicle engineering training mode of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology as an example.
