摘要
为了提高人才培养的质量和创新能力,从培养学生自我发展的角度探讨创新人才培养的模式,以医工融合专业学生为例,提出了“需求—导向—发展”的思路,制订了自我发展教育引导的路径和方法,通过阶段设计、实践设计、验证设计、综合和职业生涯的设计保障了学生自我发展规划的开展,统计数据表明自我发展规划的创新方案是可行的。
In order to improve the quality and innovation of students,innovative model is developed from self-development and requirementguidance-development method is put forward based on medical and integration major,then the self-development and teaching methods are set by step,practice,verification,overall and career designs,which secured the plan for students’self-development.The statistical data implies that the solution of self-development for innovation is feasible.
