航空发动机通用件设计体系建设思路研究 被引量:5

摘要 通用件作为航空发动机中最基础的连接元件,其设计体系建设是航空发动机设计体系的重要组成部分。结合航空发动机通用件的特点,分析了现有通用件设计过程与方法,明确了通用件设计体系的建设目标,研究了设计流程、设计规范、设计工具及数据库的建设思路与内容。通过通用件设计体系建设思路的初步探索,为建立适用于航空发动机的通用件规范化设计流程奠定基础,为形成完善的通用件设计体系提供支撑。 As the most basic connecting components of aero-engine,the general parts design system construction is an important role in aero-engine design system.Combining with the characteristics of general parts of aero-engine,the existing design process and methods of general parts were analyzed,and the construction objectives of general parts design system were defined,and the construction methods and contents of design process,design specifications,design tools and database were discussed.Through the preliminary study on the construction proposals of general parts design system,this paper lays the foundation for the establishment of standardized design process of general parts design suitable for aero-engine,and provides support for the formation of impeccable general parts design system.
