高职教育集团是多元主体参与的联合组织,通常由高职院校牵头,在政府的指导下,按照一定的标准定位和发展思路,由学校成员及行企成员共同构成,涉及多方的利益诉求。要使高职教育集团真正发挥集成优势,实现集团健康、持续发展,推动现代职教体系建设的进一步深化,作为牵头单位的高职院校在处理校校、校企、校政的多边关系时,就必须认清自身角色定位,发挥主体功能,优化集团内部的治理结构,顾全多方利益诉求,把握政府关注点和区域发展点,提升服务能力,促进中高职教育的有效衔接,拓宽职业教育资源与社会资源之间的沟通渠道。

Under the guidance of the government, according to certain standard positioning and development ideas, it is composed of school members and members of the enterprise, involving multiple interests.
