论高职院校在现代职教集团化办学模式中的角色认知 被引量:2

摘要 高职教育集团是多元主体参与的联合组织,通常由高职院校牵头,在政府的指导下,按照一定的标准定位和发展思路,由学校成员及行企成员共同构成,涉及多方的利益诉求。要使高职教育集团真正发挥集成优势,实现集团健康、持续发展,推动现代职教体系建设的进一步深化,作为牵头单位的高职院校在处理校校、校企、校政的多边关系时,就必须认清自身角色定位,发挥主体功能,优化集团内部的治理结构,顾全多方利益诉求,把握政府关注点和区域发展点,提升服务能力,促进中高职教育的有效衔接,拓宽职业教育资源与社会资源之间的沟通渠道。 Higher Vocational Education Group is a joint organization of multi-subject participation. It is usually led by higher vocational colleges. Under the guidance of the government, according to certain standard positioning and development ideas, it is composed of school members and members of the enterprise, involving multiple interests. It is necessary for the higher vocational education group to truly take advantage of the integration, realize the healthy and sustainable development of the group, and promote the further development of the modern vocational education system. As a leading unit, the higher vocational colleges are dealing with the multilateral relationship between the schools, school-enterprises, and governments. It is necessary to recognize the role, play the main function, optimize the governance structure within the group, take care of the interests of multiple parties, grasp the government’s concerns and regional development points, improve service capabilities, promote the effective connection of secondary and higher vocational education, and broaden the communication channels between vocational education resources and social resources.
