从改革开放到新时期新时代,我国媒介实现了跨越式发展,大学生的媒介素养也发生了质的改变。然而,由于青年大学生群体尚处于身心发展的重要时期,易冲动、易受媒介影响,因此开展媒介素养教育,引导大学生正确使用媒介,提升其媒介素养水平,对于校园文化、社会文化、民族文化建设具有重要的现实意义。为此,必须大力塑造具有浓郁人文精神的高校校园文化,全面培养具有辩证性媒介批评能力的时代新青年,开设具有时代针对性的媒介素养通识课程,从而为高校思想政治教育工作开辟新路径。

From the new era of reform and opening up to the new era, China’s media has achieved leap-forward development, and the media literacy of college students has also undergone qualitative changes. However, because the young college student group is still in an important period of physical and mental development, it is easy to be impulsive and vulnerable to media. Therefore, media literacy education is carried out to guide college students to use the media correctly and improve their media literacy level, which has important practical significance for campus culture, social culture and national culture construction. We must vigorously shape the campus culture with strong humanistic spirit, comprehensively cultivate the young people of the times with dialectical media criticism, and open a time-oriented and targeted media literacy generalization course, thus open up a new path for the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.
