摘要
知识共享是知识创新的关键途径,对实现有效的科研合作具有决定性作用。然而,现实情况表明大学教师科研合作中知识共享效果欠佳,通过对知识共享过程中存在的利己主义与利他主义、主观共享愿望与客观条件约束、知识自我价值感与资源便利性不足等制约因素的反思,有针对性地提出建立信任互惠的合作关系,完善知识共享的激励制度,构建知识共享的交流平台和营造知识共享的组织文化以改善大学教师知识共享机制,从而促进大学教师实现有效的科研合作。
Knowledge sharing,a key approach to knowledge innovation,plays a decisive role in achieving effective research collaboration. However,the fact shows the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in collaborative research among university teachers is not quite satisfactory. After reflecting on some major factors that restrain knowledge sharing,such as egoism and altruism,subjective sharing desires and limited objective conditions,knowledge self-efficacy and insufficient resource convenience,we propose that,to improve knowledge sharing mechanism and promote ef. fective research collaboration among university teachers,it is necessary to establish a cooperative relationship of trust and reciprocity,improve the incentive system,build a communication platform,and create an organizational culture for knowledge sharing.
