“一带一路”下川渝地区印尼语人才培养研究

The Study on the Talent Cultivation of Indonesian Language in Sichuan-Chongqing Region under the “The Belt and Road Initiative”

印尼是“一带一路”倡议重要的沿线国家。随着我国对外开放程度的不断提高和“一带一路”倡议的不断推进,我国川渝地区和印尼的经贸合作和人文交流日益增加,川渝地区印尼语人才市场需求大、要求高。然而,川渝地区当前暂无本科高校开设印尼语专业,而且其他非通用语专业整体数量不多,专业设置具有同质化倾向,相对集中在日语、朝韩语和泰语。另外,从重点开发川渝地区特色资源,响应“一带一路”倡议的角度出发,也有必要在川渝地区的本科高校开设印尼语专业。同时,川渝地区政府与企业的支持力度大、外院基础架构完善和高学历教学科研人才比较充足,也为在该地区开设印尼语专业提供了可行性。在川渝地区开设印尼语专业,将为“一带一路”培养更多复合型专业人才,满足川渝地区不断增加的印尼语专业人才需求,有助于该地区更好融入并服务于“一带一路”建设,为“一带一路”在印尼的落地与推进提供可靠的智力支持。

Indonesia is the important country along the route of "The Belt and Road Initiative". With the continuous improvement of China's openness and advancement of the "The Belt and Road" initiative, the economic-trade cooperation and humanity exchanges between Sichuan-Chongqing region and Indonesia have been increasing. The personnel market of Indonesian language in Sichuan-Chongqing region has a great demand and a high requirement However, there are currently no colleges in Sichuan-Chongqing region that offer Indonesian language major, and the total number of other non-general language majors is not large, and the specialties setup tends to be homogenous and relatively concentrated in Japanese, Korean and Thai. In addition, it is necessary to establish Indonesian language major in colleges in the Sichuan-Chongqing region when it comes to the perspective of developing special resources in the Sichuan-Chongqing region and responding to the “The Belt and Road Initiative”. At the same time, the support from government and enterprises in Sichuan- Chongqing region, the complete basic framework of foreign languages colleges, the sufficient highly-educated teaching and research talents have also provide possibilities for the establishment of Indonesian language major in the region. The establishment of Indonesian language major in Sichuan-Chongqing region will cultivate more interdisciplinary and professional talents for "The Belt and Road" and meet the growing needs of professional Indonesian language talents in Sichuan-Chongqing region, which is helpful for better integrating and serving the "The Belt and Road" towards this region. It also will provide reliable intelligence support for landing and propulsion of “The Belt and Road” in Indonesia.
