摘要
光学相干断层扫描血管造影(OCT-Angiography,OCT-A)是一种新的诊断工具,临床可应用于视网膜血管疾病、脉络膜新生血管、黄斑病变、特发性黄斑中心凹旁毛细血管扩张症等眼底血管疾病的辅助诊断及疗效随访。它是一种快速成像工具,基于视网膜中流动信号--血管中血细胞,根据商用设备内置软件及各自的算法从而得出视网膜血管结构的图像。对比传统影像检查手段荧光素眼底血管造影(Fluorescein Fundus Angiography,FFA),OCT-A检查无创、高分辨率、无造影剂不良反应风险等优势,可以更好的协助诊断眼底血管疾病的诊治和随访。
OCT-Angiography(OCTA)is a new diagnostic tool for clinical application of retinal vascular disease,choroidal neovascularization,macular degeneration,idiopathic macular foveal telangiectasia and other fundus vessels.Adjuvant diagnosis and follow-up of efficacy.It is a rapid imaging tool based on the flow signal in the retina-blood cells in the blood vessels,based on the software built into the commercial device and their respective algorithms to derive an image of the retinal vascular structure.Compared with traditional imaging methods,Fluorescein Fundus Angiography(FFA),OCTA has the advantages of non-invasive,high-resolution,no adverse effects of contrast agents,which can better assist in the diagnosis and treatment of fundus vascular diseases.
