白内障患者手术配合程度的自身影响因素分析

Analysis of the individual factors influencing the surgical cooperation of cataract patients

目的探讨影响白内障患者手术配合程度的自身因素。方法将纳入研究的健康快车白内障手术患者通过分析其手术中配合程度分为手术配合满意组和手术配合欠满意组,分析两组人群的性别、年龄、文化修养、性格特征、手术经历和听力水平,评估这些患者自身因素对手术配合程度的影响。结果利用logistic回归分析各个自身因素对手术配合程度的影响,发现年龄≧80岁的患者、初中及以上文化程度的患者手术配合更满意;而性格特征为中间型、内向型的患者,没有手术经历的患者以及听力障碍的患者手术配合欠满意。其余自身因素对手术配合程度的影响无统计学意义。结论在白内障手术中,年龄≧80、学历为初中及以上文化程度是手术配合的保护因素;而性格中间型及内向型、没有手术经历、听力障碍是手术配合的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the individual factors influencing the surgical cooperation of cataract patients. Methods Patients were divided into 2 groups including satisfactory group and unsatisfactory group according to their cooperative degree during cataract surgery in Lifeline Express.Analyze the gender,age,cultural accomplishment,personality characteristics,operation experience and listening ability of the two groups to evaluate the influence of the individual factors on the degree of surgical cooperation. Results Logistic regression analysis shew that the patients elder than 80 years-old and educated higher than junior school cooperated much better than others,and the patients with intermediate or introverted type personality cooperated less satisfied during cataract surgery as well as those with hearing disturbances and with no surgical experiences. Conclusion For cataract surgery,aged≧80 and higher education than junior school are protective factors of operative cooperation,and intermediate or introverted type personality characteristics,lack of surgical experiences and hearing disturbances are risk factors of operative cooperation.
