Research on Proposals for the Development of E-Government Industry in China

我国电子政务经过20多年的建设和发展已取得显著成效,同时也存在产业价值链停留在中低端、低水平同质化竞争普遍、缺乏产业协同合作、没有形成应用规模、产业支撑队伍不够等一系列问题。在此背景下,在分析我国电子政务产业发展动态的基础上,仔细研判电子政务产业发展所呈现的新特点,认真辨析电子政务产业发展的瓶颈阻碍,研究提出产业优化路径和建议,对下一步加快推动电子政务产业健康可持续具有重要意义。

After more than 20 years of construction and development, China's e-government has achieved remarkable results. At the same time, there are also a series of problems, such as staying at the middle and low end of the industrial value chain, low level of homogenization competition, lack of industrial cooperation, no application scale, and insufficient industrial support team. In this background, on the basis of analyzing the e-government industry development in our county, new characteristics of industrial development and differentiate industry bottlenecks in the development of e-government is presented carefully.At last, we study and put forward industrial optimization path and the suggestion in order to promote e-government next industry healthy sustainable is of great significance.
