摘要
采用水热还原法制备ZSM-12载体,并采用离子交换法和等体积浸渍法制备了Ni/ZSM-12催化剂;采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析、红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面积(BET)测试、程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)探究制备载体的性质、官能团和形貌以及催化剂结构和性质,发现ZSM-12载体为形状较规整的正六棱柱。采用固定床反应器对所制备催化剂催化乙炔选择性加氢反应性能进行了研究,发现离子交换法制备Ni/ZSM-12催化剂对乙炔选择加氢制乙烯具有较好的催化活性和选择性,在130℃乙炔转化率为35%,乙烯选择性为50%。
Synthesized ZSM-12 via hydrothermal method. The Ni/ZSM-12 catalysts were prepared by ion exchange and incipient impregnation,respectively.The X-ray diffraction( XRD) analysis,infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM),specific surface area( BET) tests,and temperature programmed desorption( NH3-TPD) were carried out to characterize the properties,functional groups,and morphology of the zeolites.It was found that the ZSM-12 support was regular hexagonal prisms.The catalytic performance of the samples for the hydrogenation of acetylene to ethylene was studied with a fixed bed reactor.The Ni/ZSM-12 catalyst prepared by ion exchange has good catalytic activity and selectivity for the selective hydrogenation of acetylene to ethylene.The conversion of C2 H2 is 35% and selectivity of C2 H4 is 50%at 130 ℃.
