摘要 为解决在智能跑步机系统中因人而异的目标锻炼强度设定及实时强度调整问题,提出了一种在安卓平台的强度控制方法,方便通过移动端对接不同跑步机;根据运动期间实时的强度-心率变化,自动生成合理的目标强度并控制跑步机电机以进行调整,让使用者的实时心率处于合理区间。最后针对不同个体,按照上述方案进行实验,通过系统记录的实时心率及强度方案表明,能够为受试者设定不同目标心率,且维持在一定变化范围内(RMSE<5)。 In order to solve the problem to set the target exercise intensity based on different people and constantly control of intensity in intelligent treadmill system,a linear regression controller which worked on Android system was proposed.The controller which based on Android system made it easier to coordinate with different treadmill;it can provide target intensity and adjust it by control electric machinery according to the intensity-heart rate change during exercise,guarantee the heart rate of user was in reasonable region.The real-time heart rate and intensity data collected from later experiments using the controller conducted in several subjects showed that it can set distinguished target heart rate and maintain their heart rate in a steady area( RMSE < 5).The controller was a convenient and efficiency way to control treadmill,can also easily applied to Android tablet and smartphone to assist daily exercise.
