摘要
新兴的C2M模式能够为小型工厂找到生存的新途径,也为零散客户的个性化定制需求找到一个解决的途径。但是在现有的C2M模式下,因物理位置、服务人群的散布特性,没有一个具有公信力的第三方中介机构为交易的顺利进行背书,直接导致了欺诈行为或其他交易的信任危机。在物联网技术的基础上,采用共识机制原理,构建基于全网同步更新与存储的信用声誉值评价,有效地避免了C2M交易中的信任风险,解决了客户的个性化信息采集难题,能为C2M交易模式的持续发展提供完善的交易流程与技术保障。
The emerging C2M model can help small factories survive,and can meet the personalized customization needs of scattered customers. However,its current form can also lead to fraud or other crisis of confidence,for the lack of credible third-party intermediaries endorsing the smooth transactioncaused by the scattered locations and customers. This paper holds that the construction of the credit reputation evaluation based on the synchronous update and storage of the whole network through Internet of Things technology and consensus mechanism principle may effectively avoid the risk of trust in C2M transactions,solve the problem of personalized customer information collection,and provide transaction process and technical support for the sustainable development of C2M trading mode.
