综放厚煤顶回采巷道支护优化研究

摘要 以同煤集团同生树儿里煤业8105综放面轨道顺槽为工程实例,针对该巷道变形破坏特征对其支护方案进行了优化设计。现场观测结果表明,该巷道顶板最大下沉量、两帮最大收敛值、底板最大鼓出量均在安全范围之内,实现了厚煤顶回采巷道稳定性控制,对类似工程条件巷道具有借鉴意义。 Taking the track of the 8105 fully mechanized caving face in Tongsheng Shuerli Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group as an example, the support scheme was optimized according to the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway. The field observation results show that the maximum of roof subsidence, the maximum convergence value of both sides and the maximum of floor heave are all within the safe range, and the stability of the stoping roadway with thick coal roof is ensured, which can be used for reference for roadways under similar engineering conditions.
