摘要
以29205工作面为研究对象,分析了近距离煤层下部工作面超前支护段破坏原因。采用现场实测手段掌握了工作面超前支承压力分布情况,得出超前支承压力影响范围和强度均低于近距离煤层非采空区下工作面。对原支护方案进行了优化,将倾向矿工钢棚改为走向π型钢梁和铰接梁棚,在确保现场质量的基础上降低了材料消耗和劳动强度。
Taking 19205 working face as the research object, the failure reasons of the advance support section in the lower working face of contiguous seams are analyzed. The distribution of advance abutment pressure in working face is mastered by field measurement. It is concluded that the influence range and intensity of advance abutment pressure are lower than those in non-goaf working face of contiguous seams. The original supporting scheme was optimized, and the inclined steel shed for miners was replaced by the π-shaped steel beam and articulated beam shed, which reduced the material consumption and labor intensity on the basis of ensuring the quality of the site.
