摘要
任楼煤矿在7255工作面支架安装中采用了ZAY30型液压支架安装平台,改变了用绞车配合单体就位工艺。使用操作阀组远距离控制支架的旋转调向,人员远距离观察支架调向情况,消除了以往支架调向、就位过程中断绳伤人隐患,提高了现场操作的安全系数,提高了施工安全系数。
The ZAY30 type hydraulic support installation platform is adopted in the 7255 working face of Renlou Coal Mine, which changes the process of using the winch to match the monomer positioning. Operating valves are used to remotely control the rotation and adjustment of the support so that the personnel can observe its direction from a distance, which eliminates the hidden danger caused by rope breaking during the alignment and positioning of the support, and improves the safety coefficient of field operation and construction.
