综采工作面初采期间矿压显现规律研究

摘要 以亿隆煤矿1-101综采工作面为工程背景,分析了综采工作面初采期间液压支架的工作初撑力、工作阻力分布情况,支架安全阀开启等宏观的矿压显现情况。经过研究得出:回采工作面的初步来压步距约18m,周期来压步距约13m,回采工作面超前支撑压力影响明显的范围是10~25m。 Taking the 1-101 fully mechanized mining face of Yilong Coal Mine as the engineering background, this paper analyzes the distribution of setting load and working resistance of hydraulic support, the opening of support safety valve and other strata behavior occurrence. After research, it is concluded that the preliminary weighting distance of stoping face is about 18m, the periodic weighting distance is about 13m, and the obvious influence range of advance supporting pressure of the mining face is 10~25m.
