VLAN技术在煤矿综合自动化系统中的应用研究

摘要 为解决综合自动化系统网络负担大、通讯不顺畅的问题,依据矿井设备实际的工作环境和运行特点,按照VLAN基本划分原则将矿井的综合自动化系统划分为6个独立的虚拟网络。并对VLAN划分操作进行详细分析,通过对各个节点交换机进行路由配置,实现各个子系统的通信。通过技术的应用后,综合自动化网络通讯通畅稳定,网络利用率提高。 In order to solve the problems of heavy burden and unsmooth communication of integrated automation system network, the integrated automation system of the mine is divided into 6 independent virtual networks according to the actual working environment, operation characteristics of mine equipment and the basic division principle of VLAN. In addition, the VLAN partitioning operation is analyzed in detail, and the communication of each subsystem is realized through routing configuration of each node switch. After application, the communication of integrated automation network is smooth and stable, and its utilization is improved.
