摘要
人才精准画像清晰全面地展示行业人才特征,为人才管理部门的人才引进工作和我国各产业布局提供决策支持。文章以智能制造领域为例,构建杰出人才的精准画像,揭示智能制造领域杰出人才的群体特征。利用专家评价法识别杰出人才,从基本属性、研究兴趣、学术影响力三个维度构建杰出人才画像,通过统计分析揭示智能制造杰出人才的群体特征。研究发现:大部分智能制造领域杰出人才的年龄分布在49~58岁,男性占96%;智能制造领域的杰出人才以学术研究型人才居多,集中分布在高校及研究院所,杰出人才的平均专利数约为27项;从地区分布看,智能制造领域的杰出人才集中在北京、辽宁、上海、江苏。文章提出的多维度杰出人才精准画像构建方法可应用于其他领域的杰出人才特征研究,具有较高的应用价值。
Talent profile clearly showcases the full range of characteristics of the talents in a certain industry, providing strong decision support for talent management. This article precisely profiles the outstanding talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing and reveals their group characteristics. Firstly,Delphi method is used to identify talents. Secondly,a multi-dimensional profile of outstanding talents focusing on basic attributes,research interests,academic influence,and work influence is accurately created. Finally,group characteristics of those talents are revealed based on statistical analysis. The empirical results show:most of the talents age between 49 and 58;males make up the main part,up to 96%;academic talents from universities and research institutes are in the majority;the average number of patents is about 27;Beijing,Liaoning,Shanghai and Jiangsu have large pools of such talents. The construction method of multidimensional talent profile can be applied to talent discovery in various fields and has a high application value.
