摘要
目的探讨药学服务在提高化疗药物用药安全性中的价值。方法选取2017年1月-2017年6月肿瘤科收治的315例接受化疗治疗的肿瘤患者为观察组,此期间临床药师实施促进化疗药物安全性的药学服务干预,选取2016年6月-2016年12月肿瘤科收治的320例接受化疗治疗的肿瘤患者为对照组,此期间未采取药学服务干预,比较两组患者化疗过程中药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况。结果对照组ADR总发生率为88.1%,明显高于观察组的71.4%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中对照组的单药、二联化疗方案ADR发生率均明显高于观察组(P<0.05);口服给药、静脉给药及口服+静脉给药3种给药途径对照组的ADR发生率均明显高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组重度恶心呕吐的发生率显著高于观察组(P<0.05),两组其余重度ADR发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论药学服务的开展可显著减少化疗药物ADR发生风险,尤其可显著减轻患者重度恶心呕吐的发生率,对提高化疗药物用药安全性有积极作用,值得推广应用。
【Objective】 To explore the value of pharmaceutical care in improving the safety of chemotherapeutic drugs.【Methods】 Totally 315 cases of tumor treated by chemotherapy in the department of oncology from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group. During this period, clinical pharmacists implemented pharmaceutical care interventions to promote the safety of chemotherapeutic drugs. A total of 320 cancer patients admitted to the oncology department from June 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group. No pharmaceutical care intervention was taken during this period. The incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADR) during chemotherapy was compared between the two groups.【Results】 The total incidence of ADR in the control group was 88.1%, which was significantly higher than that in the observation group (71.4%), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The incidence of ADR in single-agent and dual-therapy regimens in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P <0.05). The incidence of ADR in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group through oral administration, intravenous administration and oral plus intravenous administration. The incidence of severe nausea and vomiting in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P <0.05). The incidence of other severe ADR in the two groups was not statistically significant (P >0.05).【Conclusion】 The development of pharmacy services can significantly reduce the risk of chemotherapeutic drug ADR,and can significantly reduce the incidence of severe nausea and vomiting in patients. It has a positive effect on improving the safety of chemotherapeutic drugs and is worthy of popularization and application.
