腹股沟疝无张力修补术后补片感染的治疗

Treatment of mesh infection following tension-free inguinal hernia repair

目的探讨总结无张力腹股沟疝修补术后补片感染的临床处理方法与经验。方法回顾性分析2013年1月-2017年12月该院收治的17例腹股沟疝无张力修补术后补片感染患者的临床资料。结果17例患者均顺利恢复出院,术后随访6~18个月,平均13个月,无复发和切口感染。结论腹股沟疝补片修补术后切口感染的临床处理十分棘手,应早期进行积极的保守治疗,处理恰当,保守治疗成功的概率可达64.7%(11/17),如果无效则应当再次手术除去补片。

【Objective】To investigate and summarize the clinical management and experience of mesh infection after adult inguinal hernia repair.【Methods】From 2013 to 2017, the clinical data of 17 cases of mesh infection following tension-free herniorrhaphy in the Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.【Results】All of the 17 cases were primary healing. After an average follow-up period of 13 months(range 6 to 18 months), recurrence and wound infection were not found.【Conclusion】The clinical management of wound infected after herniorrhaphy is a challenging problem,the correct conservative treatment should be done for patients suffered from mesh infection at early time. The successful probability is 64.7%(11/17) in the mesh infection, if invalid, the mesh need to be removed.
