摘要
为明确国际重大检疫性害虫松树蜂(Sirex noctilio)的适生温度区间并划分其潜在气候分布区,研究了其生长发育必须的共生菌(Amylostereum areolatum)的温度适应性。对4个地区的松树蜂共生菌进行了0~45℃的梯度温度暴露处理,测定了温度对菌丝生长和产孢量的影响,并分别进行曲线拟合。结果表明:共生菌在10~30℃均能够正常生长,20~25℃为菌丝最适生长温度,25~30℃时适宜产孢,30℃时最适孢子萌发;不同地区菌株的相关参数有较明显的差异。以适生温度区间为数据支持修正了松树蜂全球潜在分布区的参数模板。
To clarify the potential climate distribution areas of the international quarantine pest, Sirex noctilio, we studied the temperature adaptability of the symbiotic fungi Amylostereum areolatum for its growth and development. The A. areolatum from four regions of China were subjected to a gradient temperature treatment at 0-45 ℃. The effect of temperature on mycelial growth and sporulation were obtained, and the suitable temperature range of A. areolatum was obtained by curve fitting. The A. areolatum could generally grow between 10 ℃ and 30 ℃, the optimum growth temperature of mycelium at 20 ℃-25 ℃, the sporulation at 25 ℃-30 ℃, and the optimum spore germination at 30 ℃, and there are significant differences between the relevant parameters of strains in different regions. The relevant parameters provide data support for delineating the potential climate suitability area of S. noctilio.
