摘要
在城区规划阶段融入低碳理念,采用可再生清洁能源,通过优化能源供给结构能从源头上降低城市二氧化碳排放量。以实际区域能源规划项目为例,通过对规划范围内能源资源评估、负荷预测、能源耦合,探索区域能源规划方案,并分析了区域二氧化碳的减排量与规划实施的经济效益,论证了该能源规划方案的可行性。
With the concept of low carbon during urban area planning stage,renewable clean energy sources will be used to reduce urban carbon dioxide emissions by means of optimizing the energy supply structure.Taking an actual district energy planning project as example,explores a district energy planning scheme through the energy resources evaluation,the load forecast and the energy coupling within the planning scope.Analyses the regional emission reductions of carbon dioxide and the economic benefits during the plan implementing.Demonstrates the feasibility of the energy planning program.
