数字式表面温度计校准结果的不确定度评定 被引量:1

摘要 JJF 1409-2013《表面温度计校准规范》于2013年11月正式实施,与已代替的JJG 364-1994检定规程相比,变动较大。较大程度地提高了对表面温度计测量装置中标准器、表面温度源等设备的技术要求,修改了校准环境条件要求、示值误差校准的操作方法及示值误差的计算公式,并增加了数据修约要求,按照新的校准规范要求对分辨率为0.1℃数字式表面温度计校准结果的不确定度进行了评定。 JJF 1409-2013"Standard for Calibration of Surface Thermometers"was formally implemented in November 2013.Compared with JJG 364-1994 Standard for Verification of Surface Thermometers,it has changed a lot.The technical requirements of standard device,surface temperature source and other equipment in surface thermometer measuring device have been greatly improved.The requirements of calibration environment,operation method of indication error calibration and calculation formula of indication error have been revised.The requirement of data revision has been increased.The resolution is 0.1℃according to the requirements of new calibration specification.The uncertainty of calibration result of digital surface thermometer is evaluated.
