摘要
从浇冒口系统设计、冷铁布置、化学成分控制等方面介绍了生产厚断面大型注塑机头板球铁件的试制过程,详细阐述了造型工艺参数的设定与选择,并通过理论值计算与Magma软件模拟,完善铸造工艺,最终成功得到具有单一的铁素体组织,无渗碳体和磷共晶,石墨球圆整,力学性能完全符合客户要求的铸件。
The trial production process of heavy section ductile iron castings for injection moulding machine grinding table is introduced from the aspects of gating and feeding system design, chills layout and chemical composition control. The setting and selection of molding process parameters are elaborated in detail. The casting process is improved by theoretical calculation and simulation with Magma software. Finally, the castings with single ferrite structure, round graphite spheres, and no cementite and phosphorus eutectic are successfully obtained. The mechanical properties fully meet requirements of customers.
