该项目位于大兴区北侧,毗邻新凤河,总面积约141456m^2,地处北京主城区边缘,邻近新兴城市板块和机场辐射区。2013年,国家相关政府部门提出依据北京市战略定位,逐步有序纾解北京非首都功能、调整产业结构、完善城市空间、加强城乡接合部的改造治理,以配合京津冀协同发展的战略。
Daxing Ecological Civilization Education Park is located on the north side of Daxing District, which is close to the Xinfeng River, with total area about 141,456m^2. It is at the edge of the main city area of Beijing, near new city plate and airport radiati on zone. In 2013 the gover nment proposed the reform and governance solution of eliminating the non-core functions of the capital in an orderly way,adjusting in dustrial structure, improving city space, strengthening the urban-rural junction area to work inwith the coordinated development strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. This urban-rural junction area becomes the key areas of in dustrial restructuring & upgradi ng and green regenerati on in Beijing, facing the pains and challenges of large-scale low-end industry closure, demolition of abandoned and old buildings, and removal of mobile personnel;also facing enormous opportunities of city renewal and rebirth.
