Great Power Finance and Its Characteristics: Making a Point for Chinese Finance

中国金融的特色是大国金融、社会主义金融、发展中的金融。大国金融主要体现在:扶贫金融是大国金融的组成部分,农村金融制度建设始终是大国金融的重头戏,大国要特别关注货币政策效力的区域差异,地区间资金流动是大国金融的关注点,聚焦国际金融资源配置是大国金融的担当。社会主义金融主要体现在:金融活动主要以政府信用为支撑,中央银行相对不独立,商业银行相对高度集中,金融机构展业存在"亲政府倾向",财政与金融具有同一性且统一平衡。发展中的金融主要体现在:它处于变化、发展和前进之中,发展要遵循经济社会发展的客观规律,发展的最终目标是建立现代金融体系,现代金融是现代化经济体系的组成部分,现代金融就是创新金融、协调金融、绿色金融、开放金融和共享金融。

The characteristics of Chinese finance are great power finance, socialist finance and developing finance. Great power finance is mainly reflected in the following aspects: poverty alleviation finance is an integral part of great power finance;the construction of rural finance system has always been an important part of great power finance,big countries need to pay particular attention to regional differences in the effectiveness of monetary policy;regional capital flow is the focus of great power finance;it is the responsibility of great power finance to focus on the allocation of international financial resources. Socialist finance is mainly reflected in the following aspects: financial activities are mainly supported by government credit;the central banks is relatively independent;commercial banks are highly concentrated;there is "pro-government tendency" during financial institutions' development;fiscal and financial activities have identity and unified balance. Developing finance is mainly reflected in the following aspects: it is in the process of change, development and progress;development should follow the objective law of economic and social development;the ultimate goal of development is to establish a modern financial system;modern finance is an integral part of modern economic system;modern finance means innovative finance, coordinated finance, green finance, open finance and shared finance.
