絮凝剂处理含重金属铅锌选矿废水试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 以含有单一重金属离子的模拟铅锌选矿废水为研究对象,考察溶液初始pH、絮凝剂种类及投加顺序对重金属离子去除效果的影响,在此基础上对模拟多种重金属选矿废水进行研究。结果表明:①单一重金属离子条件下,pH值为8、加入絮凝剂PAM对铜离子去除效果最好,pH值为6,空白絮凝剂对铅离子去除效果最好,pH值为8,空白絮凝剂对锌离子去除效果最好,pH值为7,絮凝剂PAC对镉离子去除效果最好;絮凝剂PAM-PAC组合对铜离子、锌离子和镉离子的去除效果最好,絮凝剂PFS-PAM组合对铅离子的去除效果最好;②多种重金属离子条件下,pH为9,空白絮凝剂或加入絮凝剂PAM,对铜离子、铅离子、锌离子和镉离子的去除效果最好。 The effects of the initial pH,the type of flocculant and the order of addition on the removal of heavy metal ions in the solution were studied,which was used to simulate lead-zinc mineral processing wastewater containing single heavy metal ions.The results showed that the pH value was 8 under the condition of single heavy metal ions.Adding flocculant PAM to the best removal of copper ions,pH value of 6,the white-space flocculant to remove the best lead ions,pH value of 8,blank flocculant for zinc ion removal of the best,pH value of 7,flocculant PAC to remove cadmium ions best.The effect of the flocculant PAM-PAC combination on the removal of copper ions is the best,the flocculant PFS-PAM combination has the best removal effect on the lead ions,the flocculant PAM-PAC combination has the best removal of zinc ions,and the flocculant PAM-PAC combination has the best effect on the removal of cadmium ions.Under the condition of a variety of heavy metal ions,the pH value is 7,and the addition of flocculant PAM to the copper ion removal is the best,the pH value is 7,the blank flocculant to the lead ion removal effect best,the pH value is 8,the flocculant PAM to the zinc ion removal effect best,the pH value is 9,the flocculant PAM has the best removal effect to the cadmium ion.
