海藻酸盐共混泊洛沙姆的可注射水凝胶的制备及表征 被引量:1

摘要 以海藻酸钠(SA)共混泊洛沙姆(P407和P188)制备机械性能较高的可注射原位凝胶;以SA和CaCO_3交联形成凝胶,共混泊洛沙姆制备可注射凝胶。通过对混合凝胶的微观结构、机械强度及生物学进行了表征。结果表明,通过化学与物理双重交联,混合凝胶形成了多孔均匀的微观结构,混合凝胶的抗压缩性能及弹性有所提高;流变学显示其弹性成分大于黏性成分;通过XRD实验,表明混合凝胶的稳定性提高;同时MTT实验证明,细胞增殖率为95%,表明混合凝胶对机体无毒性。通过此方法制备的混合凝胶既提高了机械性能,同时又具备温度响应性和可注射性。 The injectable in-situ hydrogel was fabricated based on sodium alginate as the basic material combined with Poloxamers(P407 and P188).The microstructure,stability,mechanical strength and biocompatibility of the mixed hydrogel were characterized.The results showed that composite gel mixed with SA,P407 and P188 has a more porous and homogeneous microstructure,good compressive resistance to external force based on the chemical-physical crosslinking.The stability of the gel was enhanced by Ca-SA combined with Poloxamer through TG analysis.The MTT experiment proves nontoxic to the body with cell viability 95%.Taken together,the composite hydrogel not only enhanced the mechanical strength,but has characters of temperature responsiveness and injectable.
