摘要 分析了近年来中国的煤炭耗量及NO_x排放量,概述了NO_x的工业排放源,分别对传统烟气脱硝技术中的选择性催化还原法(SCR)、选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)、臭氧氧化吸收法以及新型烟气脱硝技术中的络合吸收法、光催化氧化法的原理、工艺流程、研究现状及发展前景等进行了具体论述;总结了目前脱硝市场上传统烟气脱硝技术的脱硝率、优缺点及应用现状等;对比了上述5种烟气脱硝技术的工艺特征及经济性,并指出了未来我国烟气脱硝技术的发展方向。 The coal consumption and NOx emissions in recent years in China were analyzed.The emission sources of NOx were summarized.The principles,technological processes,research status and development prospects of the selective catalytic reduction(SCR),the selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)and the ozone oxidation method of the traditional flue gas denitrification technologies and the complex absorption method,the photocatalytic oxidation method of the new flue gas denitrification technologies were discussed in details respectively.The denitrification rate,advantages and disadvantages and application status of traditional flue gas denitrification technology in the current denitrification market were summarized.The technological characteristics and economics of the above five technologies were compared and the future development direction of flue gas denitrification technology in China was also presented.
