摘要
综述了无机晶须的制备方法和一些常见晶须如碳化硅、硼酸铝、氧化锌、钛酸钾、莫来石、硫酸钙、硫酸镁的结构、性能及其应用情况。同时,从结构型材料转向功能型材料是现在研究的重点,也是未来高新材料研究的发展方向。
This paper mainly focus on the preparation methods of inorganic whiskers,and the structure,properties and application of some common whiskers such as silicon carbide,aluminum borate,zinc oxide,potassium titanate,mullite,calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate.At the same time,the transition from structural materials to functional materials is not only the major focus of current research,but also the future development direction of high-tech materials.
