摘要
简要介绍了表面活性剂和泡沫形成的基本情况,并对发泡剂的种类、发泡机理进行分析。通过降低表面张力,控制泡沫的衰变过程:排水、粗化、气泡合并来提高泡沫的稳定性。重点介绍了复配表面活性剂的协同效应和对泡沫的稳定机理,并且在工业中应用有很好的前景。
The basic situation of surfactant and foam formation is briefly introduced,and the types and foaming mechanism of foaming agents are reviewed.Through the reduction of surface tension,the foam decay process is controlled:drainage,coarsening,or bubble coalescence to improve foam stability.The synergistic effect of compound surfactants and the stabilization mechanism of foam are mainly introduced,and it has good prospects in industrial application.
