天津市休闲农业创新创业的行为、诉求分析及效果评估

Behavior, Appeal Analysis and Effect Evaluation of Tianjin Leisure Agriculture Innovation and Entrepreneurship

休闲农业在带动农民就业增收和产业脱贫、推动农业供给侧结构性改革、促进农村一二三产业融合发展、带动农民创业创新中发挥着重大作用。本研究通过设计调查问卷,对32家休闲农业经营主体的创新创业行为进行调研,对他们创新创业的行为和诉求进行分析,并对其成效进行评估,以期未来提升休闲农业整个行业发展的档次和水平。结果表明,目前休闲农业经营主体所开展的创新创业活动主要集中在商业模式、产业技术以及创意设计3个领域上,目前休闲农业的政策依赖性较强,特别是对土地、资金及公共服务供给的需求迫切。整体上目前休闲农业经营主体所开展的创新创业活动,带来休闲体验活动的增多和产业链的延长,有效促进了产业的转型提升。

Leisure agriculture plays a major role in farmers' employment and income increasing, poverty alleviation, structural reform of agricultural supply side, integration of industries, and promoting farmers' innovation. Through the design of questionnaires, this paper investigated the innovation and entrepreneurial behaviors of 32 leisure agricultural entities in Tianjin, analyzed their behaviors and appeals, then evaluated their effectiveness, in order to improve the development of the whole industry in the future. The results showed that the innovation and entrepreneurial activities were mainly concentrated in the three fields of business model, industrial technology and creative design. At present, the policy dependence of leisure agriculture is strong, and the demand for land, capital and public service supply is urgent. As a whole, the innovation and entrepreneurship activities have brought about an increase in leisure experience activities and the extension of the industrial chain, effectively promoting the upgrading of the industry.
