河北省易县国土空间开发利用研究

Studies on Development and Utilization about the National Land Space in Yi County of Hebei Province

为了推动国土空间规划基础工作开展,为县域资源环境承载力评价和国土空间开发适宜性评价提供基础,促进国土开发利用与资源环境承载力相匹配,同时丰富国土空间开发利用相关研究,以河北省易县作为研究区域,采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,对易县国土利用规模和空间开发现状、节约集约利用情况等方面进行深入剖析,总结出该县国土空间利用区域特色明显,且生态资源基础雄厚,但存在经济社会发展与农业生产空间保护矛盾突出、国土空间开发利用效率亟待提高等问题,需通过增强国土空间综合整治力度、开展国土空间适宜性评价、科学编制国土空间规划等措施不断提升县域国土利用效率,优化空间利用格局。

In order to promote the basic work about the planning of the national land space, provide a basis for the evaluation of resource and environment carrying capacity and the suitability evaluation of the national land space development, and promote the matching of land development and utilization with the resource and environmental carrying capacity, and enrich the research on the development and utilization of the national land space, Yi county of Hebei province was taken as the research area. Through the method of quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis, the status of land use, space development and saving intensive use were analyzed. It was concluded that the county's land use has obvious regional characteristics and the base of ecological resource was plentiful. However, there were problems such as the contradiction between the economic and social development and the protection of agricultural production space, and the urgent need to improve the efficiency of land use development and utilization. For the purpose of improving constantly the efficiency of land use in county and optimizing the spatial utilization pattern, it is necessary to take measures such as strengthening the comprehensive remediation of land and space, carrying out the suitability evaluation for the national land space, and scientifically compiling national land planning.
