高校巡视工作是高校直面党、政府和社会公众问责,完善自我管理体系,促进自身健康发展的方式之一,是党加强对高校的领导,使其成为坚强阵地的重要形式。高校巡视工作自身的特点赋予了巡视档案特有的性质和价值意义,因巡视档案长期未受到应有的重视,且其管理体系还未建立完善,亟待巡视部门和档案行政管理部门出台一系列标准,用以确保高校巡视档案的完整与安全,使其发挥应有的参考价值。
