This paper introduces the importance of intellectual property management and protection, points out common problems existing in intellectual property management and protection in enterprises, such as weak strategic awareness of intellectual property, lack of intellectual property management foundation. Then it puts forward suggestions on strengthening intellectual property management and protection to promote high-quality development of enterprises, including improving intellectual property awareness, establishing intellectual property strategic management system.
