摘要
详细阐述了光伏电池的模型和特性以及太阳能光伏发电系统的MPPT控制方法,通过电导增量法实现最大功率点跟踪,得到理想的电压、电流和功率曲线。在MATLAB/Simulink下建立了MPPT仿真模型并对仿真结果进行了分析,结果表明,光伏电池能够满足在外界光照强度和温度变化时,输出量也相应发生改变的要求。
The model and characteristics of photovoltaic cells and the MPPT control method of solar photovoltaic power generation system are described in this paper. The maximum power point tracking is realized by conductance increment method, and the ideal voltage, current and power curve are obtained. The MPPT simulation model is established under Matlab/Simulink and the simulation results are analyzed. Results show that photovoltaic cells can meet the requirements of changing the output when the external light intensity and temperature change.
