摘要
目的梳理上海市卫生监督机构新进人员流入情况、素质结构以及培训开展情况,为规范新进人员培训,提升人员素质提出对策建议。方法通过调查表普查及资料查阅收集数据材料。结果(1)上海市卫生监督机构通过公务员招录人数普遍不足;(2)新进人员专业结构不够合理;(3)上海市尚缺乏针对新进人员的系统培训。结论(1)加强人员招录宣传力度,拓宽招录渠道;(2)补足新进人员素质短板,提升岗位胜任力;(3)健全监督员培训体系,助力职业发展。
Objective To review the inflow, quality structure and training programs of new recruits of Shanghai health inspection agencies, and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for standardizing the training of new recruits and improving their ability. Method Questionnaire survey and data access were applied. Result (1) The number of civil servants recruited by the health inspection agencies was generally insufficient;(2) The professional background of new recruits was not reasonable;(3) There was still a lack of systematic training for new recruits. Conclusion (1) Strengthen the propaganda of personnel recruitment and broaden the channels of recruitment;(2) Supplement the shortcomings of new personnel ability and improve post competency;(3) Improve the training system of health inspectors to promote career development.
